When you register and pay for an affiliate listing you will need to have the following information:
1. Your name, address, phone, fax, email contact, website and contact name. This is mandatory information that is required in your profile so you can purchase an affiliate level listing and then check out. All other information can be added later.
2. Your company logo sized in a .gif or .jpg format to 115 x 115
3. Some basic information about your company to insert into the Company Profile. This can be cut and pasted from a word document or a website.
4. Your inventory submitted to listings@rental-source.com . The format for your inventory should come in a excel spreadsheet where column A is the brand of the product and Column B is the product description. You will not be required to submit gear quantities or pricing.
5. Post an announcement to the site stating your company has joined Rental Source and you offer.......services. (this is free press!)
6. Have some show pictures ready to upload in the gear gallery. These will autosize and can be standard .jpgs. |
